Esene & Co. and later became the Pioneer Legal Adviser at Aquila Capital. At Aquila, Philip managed legal and HR functions and participated in major transactions, including deals with AfricInvest and loans from FMO and BIO. He has expertise in acquisitions, management buy-outs, and investment banking. Philip studied law at the University of Benin and the University of Lagos. His diverse expertise makes him a key asset in navigating legal and compliance challenges.

Mr. Emmanuel Amadi is a seasoned professional in the solar energy industry with over seven years of experience driving innovation and sustainability. A graduate of the University of Ilorin with a B.Sc. in Accounting (2016), he combines analytical expertise with a passion for clean energy. After completing a two-year internship with a leading solar energy company, he gained valuable experience in project execution, system design, and renewable energy management. Certified as a Project Management Professional (PMP) in 2017, he has the skills to lead complex energy projects. As Director, he brings strategic insight and deep industry knowledge, positioning him as a key force in Perennial’s mission to revolutionize energy access through innovative solar solutions.

Mr. Israel Adebomi is a Director at Perennial Power Technology, bringing extensive experience as an investment professional with expertise in financial analysis, mergers & acquisitions (M&A), and capital raising. At African Capital Alliance (ACA), he oversaw a $175 million portfolio, managing three key companies. His responsibilities included deal sourcing, execution, portfolio monitoring, value creation, and exit management. He led financial and business model analysis, reviewed financial models, and performed business valuations to support investment decisions. Mr. Adebomi also prepared investment memorandums, term sheets, and presentations for ACA’s committees. Prior to ACA, he gained experience at Deloitte and KPMG, specializing in financial modeling, business valuations, and due diligence. At Perennial Power Technology, he applies his expertise to drive growth in the electrical, solar energy, and oil & gas sectors, ensuring strategic, sustainable business decisions.

Oluwatobi Okeyinka is a strategy consultant and operations leader with expertise across energy, agriculture, health tech, and real estate sectors. Holding a BSc in Chemical Engineering, Oluwatobi combines technical knowledge with strategic insight to drive operational excellence. Skilled in process optimization and stakeholder collaboration, he ensures smooth execution of complex projects. Oluwatobi is adept at market analysis, identifying growth opportunities, and delivering impactful results. His leadership fosters innovation and efficiency, aligning operations with organizational goals. Umar Muhammad Ibrahim is a results-driven Chartered Accountant with 5 years of experience in finance, administration, and logistics. He specializes in financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting, delivering accurate insights that drive growth. Umar is skilled in auditing, compliance, and quality control, ensuring adherence to standards. His expertise extends to inventory management, streamlining processes to optimize efficiency. A graduate of the University of Maiduguri, he holds a second-class upper degree in Accounting and is an ICAN-certified Chartered Accountant. Lenin Ugoji is a Director at TMTC with over 15 years of experience in banking and finance. He was the pioneer Head of Treasury & Chief Investment Officer at Aquila Capital Group, where he structured funding and secured private equity and development finance.He specializes in funds management and deal structuring and has raised over ₦20 billion from local and global financial institutions. He also served as the Managing Director of Aquila Asset Management (2011–2015). Lenin previously worked at Continental Trust Bank (now UBA) and NAL Bank (now Sterling Bank) in Treasury, International, and Domestic Operations.He holds a BSc in Estate Management (University of Lagos), an MBA in Banking & Finance, and is a Chartered Pension professional. He is a registered Capital Market operator and founder of Praetorian Capital Partnerships Limited.
